As a vegetarian I do not cook meats. But I was asked for this recipe, I’m sharing here.
Boil sausages dry and cool
Sauté onions in oil until golden
Add halves of sprouts and sliced sweet potatoes until tender add grate ginger
Add sausages and sauté until golden brown
Combine ingredients per amounts needed
Buy lavender from a herbal establishment
Grow your own
Chop all ingredients add to cubed potatoes.
Add olive oil, and serve.
(Some may want to add vinegar, I have no taste for it here.

European have used this weed in their recipe for centuries.
I usually use it in salad or chopped up and sauté into fresh garlic and olive oil. When almost cooked I add beans.
A light dish to eat by itself or to add to main course.
